This Privacy Policy applies to the app “EventsandGuests” (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, which is provided by ASGO IT (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service. This service is provided “AS IS”.

Collection and Use of Information The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include, but is not limited to: the Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address) of your device the pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages the total time spent using the Application the operating system used on your mobile device

The Application does not collect precise location information of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide important information, required notices, or marketing promotions.

For a better user experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information while using the Application. The information requested by the Service Provider will be retained by the Service Provider and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Access Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to assist the Service Provider in improving the Application and its services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information: as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process; when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; to trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out Rights You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the applicable app marketplace.

Data Retention Policy The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact info@eventsandguests.com. The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time. Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

The processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and/or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving the Application).

User Rights You have the right to access your personal data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise your rights, please contact the Service Provider. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

Children The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13.

The Application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be immediately deleted from its servers. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at info@eventsandguests.com so that appropriate action can be taken.

Security The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Physical, electronic, and organizational safeguards are used to protect the information processed and stored by the Service Provider.

Changes This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
