Events & Guests helps you keep a diary of invitations, gatherings, and meetings. Track guests, menus, wines, and avoid repeating the same combinations. Designed for privacy with offline-only functionality.

Features

The app contains four registers:

  • Event register – date and type of meeting. Each event displays the date and name at the top, followed by menu, wines, and guests in color-coded boxes for easy management.
  • Guest register – guest name + private notes. If a guest has allergies or other problems, it can be noted to take into account at a later time. Each guest entry can include first name, last name, and personal notes.
  • Menu register – paid version. Create and manage menus with multiple items. Each menu can be assigned to events, and you can track what you've served before.
  • Wine register – paid version. Register wines with details like type (white, red, etc.), name, and description. Track which wines you've served at previous events.

How to work with the program

The heart of the program is the event list. All recorded events with guests, menus and wines are recorded there.

A note in the event list is made by entering the time together with a short description into the list. Guests, menus and wines are then added to this note, which are picked from the respective list.

Menus, guests and wines are recorded in the respective lists and then used as needed. What is in these lists does not need to be entered again, it is used over and over again.

Recorded events/dinners are sorted by date and can always be retrieved for review.

ATTENTION! Menus and wine list are not included in the free version of the app, only in the pro version.

ATTENTION! The program stores data in the phone. In the event of a breakdown of the phone, all notes are lost. A backup routine protects against this.

The base version is free, with extra features for a small surcharge. Wine and menu registers are included in the extended pro version.
